   The Titan Corporation (NYSE:TTN), a leading national security solutions provider, and defense contractor L-3 Communications (NYSE:LLL) have entered into a definitive agreement for L-3 to acquire Titan in an all-cash merger at a price of $23.10 per share. The total value of the transaction, including L-3's assumption of Titan's debt, is expected to be approximately $2.65 billion at closing.
